Project overview
Adara Alexander Place is a multifamily apartment community in Raleigh, North Carolina featuring a resort-style aquatic amenity for residents. It was one of my earlier permitting and project coordination experiences and became an important turning point in how I approached information gathering, permitting preparation, and internal project organization.

Process Improvement: GIR Form
This project led to the creation of my GIR — General Information Request — a project intake worksheet I developed to collect critical project information for permitting, filing, billing, communication, contact tracking, jurisdictional coordination, and internal documentation. The GIR ensures the team has accurate project information in place before permitting and coordination work begins, and it is still used to support projects across the team.
