Bennet at Bull Street is a luxury multifamily development located within Columbia's Bull Street District. The completed aquatic amenity includes a resort-style swimming pool, spa, sun shelf lounging areas, and premium outdoor amenities adjacent to Segra Park.

My contribution

I supported this project through permitting coordination, inspection tracking, documentation, and communication with the project team and reviewing agencies.

Hands-On Field Experience

This project was especially meaningful because it gave me time on site to observe construction activities firsthand. I assisted with portions of the coping pour for the pool and spa, and learned how coping forms are laid out, built, and installed. My time on site deepened my understanding of aquatic construction so I can coordinate future projects more effectively.
