Hawthorne Ocean Isle

Project overview

Hawthorne Ocean Isle was a recent 2026 multifamily apartment amenity pool project in Ocean Isle, North Carolina. My work included permitting support, GIR coordination, finish submittals and finish order coordination, inspection coordination, project documentation, field communication, and closeout support. This project also included additional coordination between field crews, internal project management, the general contractor, and the architect team. I collected and organized field photos, distributed project updates, and helped coordinate the specific documentation and photo records needed by the architect for project files.
