The Monument

Project overview

The Monument is a luxury multifamily apartment community in Pooler, Georgia, developed in partnership with Logan Developers Inc. The completed aquatic amenity includes a large recreational swimming pool, sun shelf lounging areas, expansive deck space, and resident gathering areas.

My contribution

I supported this project through finish documentation, material coordination, submittal support, and communication with the project team and vendors.
